11th place; The International World Championships of Coffee In Good Spirits 2008 - Mikkel Pilgaard Madsen in collaboration with Sigfred´s Kaffebar using coffee from The Coffee Collective.
The result in the above mentioned competition contributed in securing Denmark the title as “Best Nation” of the entire Wonderful Coffee Copenhagen event. The honors go out to Søren Stiller Markussen of Growers Cup and Casper Engel Rasmussen of The Coffee Collective for their world class performances.

Mikkel Pilgaard Madsen participated in the training of Morten Winther Vestenaa during the preparation and development of the winning show for The Danish National Barista Competition 2009. The greatest accolades surely must go out to Rasmus Seirup of Sigfred´s Kaffebar for inspiring and providing serious coaching and motivation.
Mikkel Pilgaard Madsen participated in the training of Morten Winther Vestenaa during the preparation and development of the show for The International World Barista Championships 2009 in Atlanta (GA, USA) for which Morten earned a very impressive 14th best.
Mikkel Pilgaard Madsen trained Morten Winther Vestenaa during the preparation and development of the show for The International World Championships of Coffee in Good Spirits 2009 during Wonderful Coffee Cologne, Germany. Morten made it all the way to the finals, ending up on the 4th place. Well done my friend! – Very proud we are!
